What This Really Is...

For those that have stumbled upon this blog of mine, this is more of a place to put my work, complete and incomplete. Work is a relatively loose term I use for any sort of jumbled sentence structure that could be considered reading material. And as we all know, reading material is highly subjective.

Here you will find mainly fantasy-type short stories. As I said, some are no where near finished, a project I started and never followed through on, but kept because I constantly assured myself it would get done. And those assurances are still being told, even some four or more years later. A lot of the earlier posts will be based on the World of Warcraft universe. If you're not sure what this is then the posts will make less sense. I wrote them for myself, mainly, and shared a few prized ones with others, usually when they involved other players in the game. In fact, most of the work is currently World of Warcraft related. But hopefully that will change in the future, as I haven't worked on a piece from that line in many years.

There are also more than a handful of introductions to other lines I was interested in dabbling. However, I lack discipline and these may stay as introductions for many, many years to come. I constantly like to work on special request items, whether it be work I have already started or something new. I get so many ideas I have a hard time sticking with one and that is how my unfinished work starts and remains unfinished.

I will also attempt to limit author notes. Who cares to read a three paragraph explanation on why this story is terrible when you can just read the terrible story? In fact, there is another complete page with all sorts of notes and explanations relating to most of my early work.

If you're still reading then I welcome you to stay awhile and continue to pour over my rather meager blog. Just remember, there are Better Out There.

As a post script: I have no qualms with comments, whether good or bad. I'd much rather develop my skills than throw a tantrum anytime someone disagrees with my opinion. I know drama is a big thing on DA comments, which is the main reason I refuse to go there even if friends swear up and down the artist is good.
